What you’ll do

Come and hear Dr Caroline Rusterholz discuss her research on the history of the London and Birmingham Brook Advisory Centres in the 1960s and 1970s. Beginning with a leaflet from the Brook archive, she will explore the work of the clinics and the material they published. In doing so she will uncover public and institutional attitudes to youth sexuality. Following her paper there will be an opportunity for you to discuss her ideas.
