About your guide

Anthony Manrique

Anthony Manrique lives on a small, mixed farm in west Wales, where they were a farmhand for a high-welfare, calf-at-foot microdairy for a number of years. As a person of colour – and having never liked milk – they were something of an anomaly in the dairy industry, which they joined to be close to the land and to care for the cows.
