![NOTIFIABLE INFECTIOUS DISEASES OTHER THAN WHOOPING COUGH AND TUBERCULOSIS. The diseases included in the Infectious Disease (Notification) Acts, 1889 and i8< regulations under the Public Health Acts, are as follows:—Smallpox, Scarlet I Diphtheria, Typhus Fever, Enteric or Typhoid Fever, Relapsing Fever, Continued ] Puerperal Fever, Puerperal Pyrexia, Erysipelas, and Asiatic Cholera, to which have added Ophthalmia Neonatorum, Cerebro-Spinal Fever, Poliomyelitis, Polio-Encepl and Encephalitis-Lethargica, Malaria, Dysentery, Trench Fever, Acute Primary Pneun and Acute Influenzal Pneumonia. Measles were made notifiable in 1 as was also Rubeola. From 1919 (September) Chickcnpox has been notifiable, and in 1925 (September) Pemphigus Neonate was made notifiable.
