    Member of a branch whose annual subscription for the current year shall have been paid to the Treasurer of the Association, and may, by special resolution of the Council, pay travelling expenses of the elected representatives and of the honorary secretaries of the branches on the Council of the Association when attending Council meetings, or meetings of Committees of the Council, provided that in case of any Member who is a Member of more than one branch a sum of not less than two shillings and sixpence for branch expenses shall be paid only to the treasurer of the branch to which the said Member shall have been formally joined in accordance with the terms of Paragraph 36. The Officers of the Association. 39. The officers of the Association shall be :— (a) A President ; ()) Vice-Presidents, who shall be past Presi- dents of the Association and the Presidents for the time being of the several Branches ; (c) A Treasurer, who shall be a member of the Metropolitan Branch ; (¢7) Two Honorary Secretaries, one of whom shall be a member of the Metropolitan Branch and one a member of a Pro- vincial Branch ; (c) An Editor of Pustic HEALTH; (f) An Honorary Librarian; and (g) Two or more Trustees of any funds of the Association which it may be necessary or convenient to invest in the names of Trus- tees, if and whenever the Council shall think fit to appoint such Trustees.
