    38 Legal Proceedings.—On March 23rd Mr. M. A. Hodson, Berries Green Farm, Cudham, was fined £3 for non-compliance with statutory notices to abate cesspool nuisances at premises known as Cheriton, Braemar, Glenhaven, and Falkirk, Tail Lane, Cudham. One June 26th the same defendant was fined £36 lis. for non-compliance with statutory notices to carry out structural repairs and abate cesspool nuisances in connection with the same property.
