![N° 15,525 A.D. 1894 Date of Application, 15th Aug., 1894—Accepted, 24th Nov., 1894 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION. A New Medicine for the Cure of Influenza and other Complaints. I John Wallace of 34 Highfield Road, Rathgar, in the County’ of Dublin Ireland, Barrister at Law do hereby declare the nature of this invention and in what manner the same is to be performed, to be particularly described and ascer¬ tained in and by the following statement:— 5 R Yini ipecacuanha - Sirupi papaveris - Sulphatis quinite - Solute in acido hydrochlorico quantum sufficit et aqua ad - 10 Camphorge solutaj in spiritu rect. ad saturandum - Fiat mixtura : percolaretur. Dose for influenza, x, xv, or xx drops three times a day in a dessertspoonful of water, before a meal. 15 The same treatment should he followed for bronchitis, and for coughs. A single dose (which need not be repeated) will be found an invaluable remedy for an attack of indigestion, or for ailments of the liver or kidneys, or low fever. Having now particularly described and ascertained the nature of my said 20 invention, and in what manner the same is to be performed, I declare that what I claim is :— (1) The combination of ingredients, & (2) The proportions of same, are novel aDd remarkable in their curative effect.
