Milk and Meals Assistance Scheme.—The Corporation has arranged for the provision of free milk (fresh and dried) to mollKM's and ('hildren and free meals to expectant mothers in neces- sitous cases w here the family income, .ac<*ording to the number of ])ersons, comes whthin a prescribed scale.
