For the consideration of the proportion of positive specimens found in cases in which at least one specimen of feeces proved positive, we may take all cases satisfying the condition, whether proved positive by the examination of the feeces only or otherwise. The results are given in Table V above. | Table VI gives a detailed account of the cases in which the feces proved positive, the cases being divided into groups according to the number of specimens examined and these further into sub-groups according to the relative proportion of positive and negative specimens, the last column showing the number of cases falling into each sub-group.
