The following is a full and complete schedule of all the liabilities of the College of Physicians and Surgeons existing at the present date: First—A loan of twenty-five thousand, ($25,000.00) dollars due Hetty Green, December, 1901, secured by mortgage on the property of the College of Physi- cians and Surgeons. Second—Bonds secured by second mortgage to the amount of fifteen thousand ($15,000.00) dollars, due December, 1905. Third—Also twenty-five thousand ($25,000.00) dollars in bonds, secured by mortgage, due December, 1912. Fourth—A note for two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars, running to Dr.— Trott, due December, 1900. Fifth—And finally, three thousand, seven hundred ($3,700.00) dollars, due D. A. K. Steele for cash advancement, and unsecured. Making a total of seventy thousand, seven hundred ($70,700.00) dollars. Mr. Smith moved that the report of the committee be received and adopted and that the President and Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois be instructed to execute in duplicate the contract reported, and it was so ordered. Shattuck, presented the following recommendations with regard to a settlement with the College of Physicians and Surgeons under the present agreement: UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS, April 17, 1900. To the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois.
