    CO-ln ulTION S. vA/'/' ■'A/N/'AA/WV 1st.—That the highest Bidder be declared the Purchaser; if any dispute arise between two or more Bidders, the Lot to be put up again. 2nd.—That no person t shall advance less than Threepence under Ten Shillings, Sixpence from Ten Shillings to Twenty Shillings, and so on in proportion, and no person to retract his or her bidding. 3rd.—That the respective Lots be- taken with all faults and errors of description, to be at the risk of the Purchaser from the moment of Sale, and be immediately paid for if required.
