![Theatres and Cinemas. 'I'hese have been inspected from time to time and found to be maintained in good condition. Ventilation of the ])remises during and between perform- ances could, in some cases, be improved. Common Lodging Houses. There are 4 Common Lodging Houses in the Town, with a total accommodation for 190 persons. They have usually been found in clean condition. They appear to offer much more accommodation than is needed to meet the demand. Offensive Trades. Premises registered for the carrying on of Offensive Trades number 37. These consist of 1 Gut Scraper; 2 Tripe Dressers; and 34 Fish Fryers. They are generally maintained in fair condition. Factories and Workshops. There are on the register 111 factories and workshops. Of these, 40 are factories and 71 are worshops. There are 20 bakehouses. Premises are generally found to be kept in good order.
