THE train of melancholy disorders which afflict the human frame, under the denomination of Nervous Diseases, are the principal sources of human mi¬ sery in the privation of health. Those disorders proceed from such an infinite variety and complication of causes, as to render it impossible, if even it were al¬ ways necessary, to trace them to their true source.
