The sections of the report upon food inspection, pest destruction, and refuse collection are contributed by/ Mr, Brown, and his and Mr. Crosswell’s sterling worii: in these fields should receive the notice they deserve. Statistics on new housing and Improvement Grants stem from the efficient office of your Buildin Surveyor and my thanks are tendered to him. Finally, my thanks are due to the Clerk to the Council for his advice in matters legal and administrative and the ready and willing assistance of his staff in searching out details of the year’s achievements.
