The object of the meeting was stated to be for the purpose of requesting a copy of Prof. McPheeter's Introductory Address for publication. The following Gentlemen were appointed a Committee for said purpose : J. T. Crow, P. E. Noel, C. C. I Taos. J. Booker, and Montrose A. Pallen. St. Lor is, Nov. 1st, 1853. PROF. McPHEETERS.
