Description

A compilation of "representative" scenes in colour roughly edited from a series of short film clips of the elderly Sir Charles Sherrington (1860-1955) seen examining and dissecting monkey brains, preparing specimens with a Cambridge microtome, carrying out microscopial examinations, turning the pages of "Mammalian Physiology" etc. Sherrington is speaking but this material has been shot mute.
