SUGGESTED BY A PERUSAL OF THE LAST EDITION OF AN ESSAY ON BURNS, BY EDWARD KENTISH, M.D. IN WHICH The experience of “ the most orthodox in medicine and surgery” is asserted ; and the opinion “ diametrically opposite to the positive directions ofevery medical author, both ancient and modern,” is shewn to be formed upon an erroneous hypothesis.
