What you'll do

Join your facilitators, Sana and Beth, for a sensory workshop exploring food, healing and shared memory. We'll begin with a soundscape and the scent of herbs, grounding you in themes of nourishment and care.

You’ll be able to create your own herbal tea blend from a selection of fresh herbs, inspired by traditional remedies from our collection. Together, we’ll reflect on how food connects us to wellbeing, heritage and community.

We’ll explore how everyday ingredients carry histories of resistance, care and connection. You’ll hear and share stories, discover our herbal remedy collection, and contribute to the creation of a ‘healing recipe’ tablecloth.

This is a relaxed event, so you'll be free to move around, and there will be a Chill-Out space available with low lighting, comfortable seating, cushions, mats, ear defenders, earplugs and sensory toys.

The workshop is open to all - join the conversation if you wish, or just come along to reflect and be creative.
