Return of statement showing in respect of each Poor Law Union in England and Wales (1) the number of certificates of conscientious objection under Section 2 of The Vaccination Act, 1898, received by the vaccination officers, which were dated between the 1st day of January and the 31st day of March, the 1st day of April and the 30th day of June, the 1st day of July and the 30th day of September, and the 1st day of October and the 31st day of December respectively in the year 1899; and, (2) the number of certificates of successful primary vaccination received by the vaccination officers during the periods between the 1st day of January and the 30th day of June and the 1st day of July and the 31st day of December respectively in the years 1898 and 1899.
