    1733 WORDSWORTH (WILLIAM, 1770-1850). Poet. LETTER SIGNED TO J.. GARDNER, ESQ. 3 pp., 4to. Moresby, 22nd June, 1332. £3 10s A very long letter concerning his nephew John, further as to a new edition of his works, and an engraving of his portrait from the painting by Quillinan. ae . The printing of my new edition is finished; I promised a copy to John and beg you will accept another, which Longman shall be directed to send to Foley Place when ready—it contains nothing but what had appeared either in the last Ed. or some Miscellany since. I return to Rydal in a few days and shall be happy to hear from you. ‘‘ Remember me most kindly to Mr. Boxall. My brains have been racked in vain for a title to his series of paintings—wh I am persuaded will do him much honor ; the specimen he kindly sent me is very much admired and improves upon acquaintance. Mr. Quillinan tells me that the engraving from his portrait of me is beautifully done and with the picture will be very acceptable at Rydal.’’?
