Receipt-Book, French: 19th century

Collection of medical receipts: in French. The spine is lettered 'Secrets de m?decine 1620', which is obviously an error. A reference on the verso of the penultimate unnumbered leaf, to the use of 'sulphate de quinin', proves that this entry in the MS. could not have been written prior to 1820, though the earlier part of the volume was probably written in the first decade of the 19th cent. The last entry seems to be by the hand of a very old person.
