This decree (Nr. 1284), dated 6 and 10 August 1861, is part of a collection of mostly invitations and memoranda about faculty and university business (meetings etc.), addressed to (or occasionally from) Dr. Josef Schneller (k.k. Medizinalrath, d.Z. Prokurators-Stellvertreter of the Doctoren-Collegium of the Medical Faculty) between 1850 and 1880 at the University of Vienna.
The title has been taken from wording on the object.
