    An earnest appeal is made to parents, school teachers, and all persons having the charge, management or control of children, to assist in stamping out this epidemic. (1) By seeking medical advice in all suspicious cases of scarlet fever or scarlatina as soon as possible. (2) By excluding from school and from contact with other children, all suspicious cases.
