Slaying the dragon.

Endeavours to pinpoint the more frequently encountered situations where friction, misunderstanding or embarrassment occur when a patient visits a doctor's surgery (the external shots are from Bushey Medical Centre in Hertfordshire). The dragon in the title refers to the practice receptionist; all the scenarios are dramatised. There are breaches in patient confidentiality via the indiscretion of the receptionist. The purpose of the film is to remind the audience about patient-centred care.
