To Sir Ri- chard Smith, Knight, Receiver of the Duchy of Cornwall, the sum of 12,000/., to be by him employed for the buying of all such tin, to his Majesty’s use, of the tinners of the counties of Cornwall and Devon, as already is or shall be coined in the coinage towns of Helston, Truro, and Lostwithiel, in the county of Cornwall, by the end of this Midsummer coinage, and as shall be coined in the county of Devon, and in the coinage town of Liskeard, in Cornwall, by the end of Michaelmas coinage next.
