Description
The knotted handkerchief reminds people that "no one should cough or sneeze without putting his handkerchief over his mouth and nose." (p. 3 of the leaflet). A second sketch by Fougasse is reproduced on the back cover: it shows a man sneezing violently into a handkerchief
