In putrid Fevers, the Patient fhould be removed, and the Apartments well wafhed with Plenty of warm Water, and dryed with a quick and flrong Fire, keeping the Windows open, at the fame Time. This is a very, iafe and effectual Method of purifying noxi- ous Air. In the advanced, as well as in the earlier Stages of phthifical and consumptive Dif- eafes, it cannot be improper, after other Means have failed, to try a Sea Voyage and a warmer Climate. The Reaching and Vomiting occafioned by Sea ficknefs, which has been generally accounted hazardous, ought not, by any Means, to intimidate.
