As has been stated already, under the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, poisons may only be sold by authorised sellers of poisons or listed sellers of Part II, poisons. as the case may be; but from this limitation are excepted : (i) The supply of a medicine: by a duly qualified medical practitioner for the purposes of medical treat- ment. . .
