NIGHT STORAGE HEATERS After the installation of Night Storage Heaters in the 52 all electric elderly persons bungalows the interest was aroused of occupants of coal fire-heated bungalows. A survey was undertaken and of the l47 remaining, 79 were interested in the proposal. The scheme included the provision of two Night Storage Heaters, general] located in the Hall and Living Room, immersion heaters and the insulation of ceilings where not already provided were included in the scheme, MODERNISATION OF COUNCIL HOUSES A scheme for the provision of a new drainage installation at Kermincham with modern treatment plant was approved as part of the Council's scheme for the modernisation of their older houses.
