<p>Collection of medical receipts, with some additional entries by slightly later hands, including a few cookery receipts. Written in a neat Elizabethan italic hand: the additions are by various hands of the early 17th cent. The cookery receipts are found on the first three unnumbered leaves at the beginning.</p>

1 volume<br/>6 leaves (last bl.). + 156 pages 4to. 20 x 15 cm Modern re-binding in old vellum. Ppage 25-36, 57-62, 127/8, and two leaves between page 1 and page 7 are wanting: lower part of page 105/6 torn away, margins and corners frayed, slight staining throughout.
