![(a) During 1945 - 16 persons ^nve notice under Section 7(5) of their intention to ndopt a child,in respect of 31 children. In March 1944-, the Ministry of ilealth issued Circular 20/44 on the Care of PreiAaturc Infants. This Circular \7cas fully dcaMt with in the annual report for 1944. In conne ction with the re- coronendations ' o ontainc d in this Circular, the follov/ing action has been taken thereon:- (a) i-revision has been made on the notification of birtli cards for the ’veight at birth of tlie baby to be st.'.tod, ' This provision cane into force as from the 1st January, 1945.
