As indicated in the Third Annual Report of Burrow Hill Colony, the year under review marks a transition stage necessitating reorganisation as a result of the termination of the Ministry of Pensions training scheme on 3lst December, 1924. I am happy to be able to state that during reconstruc- tion, work was only hampered to a: small degree and the usefulness of the Colony not at all. Admissions. | There were 214 admissions during the year. Of these 139 were ex-service men, 12 of whom were admitted for systematic training.
