Tlie insured are entitled to appl}^ for Sanatorium Benefit to the ('ount}^ Insurance Committee. These cases liave received eitlier domiciliary, dispensary or sanatorium treatment or combinations of these foi’ins of treatment. During the vear Sanatorium Benefit \\as extended to the de})endants of insured ])ersons who could he given institutional treatment, and as far as })Ossible dispensaiy and sana¬ torium treatment was given to these cases. In 1014 the arrangements for treatment were extended to the uninsured generally and the distinction between de})endants of insured persons and the I’cst of the uninsured need no longer be maintained. In the absence of a Uounf v Sanatorium and other Institutions it has onlv be(Mi ])ossible to give treat?nent in a sanatorium to a comj)ara.tiv('ly small pi’opoi'tion of flu* cases of tuberculosis.
