![Officers. 28. 'and £ug. a-Secretary, who respectively shall bo designated-or elected,- ar.u hold office for such period, and have and enjoy such-duties, powers, and privilegon, and, as to tho Editor of the Jou-unal and Secretary receive tHreb emolumcnts, as shall be determined from lime to time by tho Association-in general mooting. 28. There shall be the following officers of the Association, viz.: a President of the Association, a President-Elect, Vice-Presidents, a President of the Council, a Treasurer, an Editor of the Journal, and a Secretary. The officers (other than the Editor of the JOURNAL and the Secretary) shall respectively be designated or elected, and hold office for such period, and have and enjoy such duties, powers, and privileges, as shall be determined from time to time by the Association in general meeting. Every member shall have one vote and no more.
