Staying behind are the Duke of Wellington, Queen Victoria and Lord Brougham holding a broom. Behind the coach are Lord Howick and Charles Wood. The vehicle is occupied by Lords Palmerston, Melbourne, Holland, Morpeth, Normanby and John Russell. Parliament was prolonged at the time
