    Holford. Lewis Truss. entire New Principle, for the Cure of Ruptures of all Kinds, is described in the above Plan and description thereof. In witness whereof, I, the said Thomas Lewis, have hereunto set my hand and seal, this Fifteenth day of August, One thousand seven hundred and eighty-five. 5 THOs LEWIS, (l.s.) AND BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the Fifteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord 1785, the aforesaid Thomas Lewis came before our said Lord the King in His Chancery, and acknowledged the Specification aforesaid, and all and every thing therein contained and specified, in form 10 above written. And also the Specification aforesaid was stampt according to the tenor of the Statutes made for that purpose. Inrolled the Fifteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty-five.
