This gives an illegitimate birthrate of 80.3 per thousand total live births, as compared with 64.7 in 1964. There were six deaths of illegitimate children during the year. There were two illegitimate still births. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS The number of unemployed persons in the borough in January, 1965, was 1,351, and in December it was 939, compared with 1,*818 and 1,292 in January and December, 1964, respectively.
