Description

The cap has three labels attached inscribed "repeal", "separation" and "anarchy". Daniel O'Connell cries: "Hur-hur-rah for repeal". The figure is adapted from Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" and represents Daniel O'Connell's attempts at the repeal of the Union
