V-1-1-1 and has a + each side of the central tower of the castle, which resembles a crowned H, appears to be from an altered die of Henry VII, both fine, the second rare 2 A similar pair, nezther piece quite so fine as in last lot y) Angel, third coinage, m.m. lis, annulet at halo and on ship’s side, very fine; Half Angel, same variety, except that it has annulet stops on the reverse, both fine 2 Angels, third coinage (2), with annulet on ship’s side, with varied reverse legend, very fine 2 Angel, third coinage, with annulet as last ; and a Quarter Angel of same coinage, m. m. lis, found in London, both in good state, and the last rare 2 ed Quarter Angel, third coinage, m. m. lis, Roman N, legend ends AGLE, very fine and very rare, and from the Mather collection [Pl. IV] l Quarter Angel, similar to last, reading AGLIG, very fine, but the angels face not struck up; and a Crown, m. m. lis, h K beside rose and shield, very fine 2 Crowns (2), second coinage, m.m. lis, hk on both sides, very fine D; Crown, as in last lot, fine; and a Half Crown of late issue, m.m. © and a similar annulet under R of R4&X and P of SPIA, jine and an unpublished variety 9
