![[ *7 ]•■ fliall appoint; and the clerk fhall alfo keep a book for recording the fedemnts of the Truftees, which books are at all times to be open to the infpeCtion of every Contributor : And that the Col¬ lector fliall exhibit to the Contributors at a general meeting, to be held on the fecond Monday of Auguft yearly, a ftate of the funds under his management, and an account of the fums received by him for the preceding year, and the applica¬ tion of the fame ; which meeting fliall have power to audite and pafs the faid accompts, and difcharge him and his furety of the fums accompted for. In *1 Teftimony whereof, We have ordered Our Seal, appointed by the Treaty of Union to be kept in Scotland, in place of the Great Seal formerly ufed there, to be hereto appended.
