![In my Annual Report for 1922 I stated that I would suggest that the present specifications in force for the Hospitals and other Municipal Institutions be altered and that, in future, only ' Grade A ' Milk be accepted. By so doing, not only would these Institutions be assured of a better supply, but also the Rocal Authority would, by encouraging the production of Graded Milk, create a greater demand for it by the general public, and so improve the milk supply as a whole.” And I would emphasize the words in my report for 1923, in view of the fact that the opinion then expressed is justified by results.
