A fine manuscript of the early sixteenth century closely and neatly written on both sides of the page. The paper is of fine quality and resembles vellum. Rubrics for titles and initial letters. The two works contained in this manuscript are by different hands. The manuscript has been misnumbered. There are unnumbered folios between ff.55-56 and ff.88-89.

1. ff. 1-122. Aretaeus. (Cappadocian anatomist, 30-90 A.D.): This manuscript and Harleian 6326 (end of 16th. cent.) in the British Museum, formed the basis of the edition of Francis Adams, The Extant Works of Aretaeus, (Sydenham Society), 1856. The full text of the following books is contained in this manuscript, viz.:
"De Morbis Acutis", Book i (fo. 1-13); Book ii (fo. 14-31);
"De Signis Morborum Diuturnorum", Book i (fo. 31 verso-54); Book ii (fo. 54 verso-78);
"De Curatione Morborum Acutorum", Book i (fo. 78 verso-102); Book ii (fo. 102 verso-122).
There is a colophon at the end. Folios 124-126 blank.

2. ff. 127-152. Rufus Ephesius: The complete text of the opuscule "De Partibus Corporis Humani". Folios 153-155 blank.
