Collection of cookery, medical and household receipts. Written by an early 19th cent. hand, except for the last 5 ll., which include a receipt for 'mushroom catchup', taken from 'Apicius redivivus' by William Kitchener [1775-1827]: this was first published in 1818, and there were several later editions, the seventh in 1827.
