ABOUT twenty Years fmce, I got a violent Surfeit, by leaping into the Water when hot* After trying many Things to no Purpofe, was ad- vifed to drink Salt-Water, and go into the Sea, which I complied with fome Years, when my Dif¬ order (truck in; I afcribed it to my going into the Water in the Month of February, it being then at a longDiftance from the Shore* Lorn which Time I date the Lcds of Health. I then had an IiTue cut, which I thought did me Service. In a Morn¬ ing I was greatly afflicted with violent Reachings?i which greatly weakened my Spirits, and kept iiw creafmg till February, 1765.
