No text description is available for this image![of the decease of a member’s wife the sum of £5 for Section A, and £10 for Section B (a levy being made on members of Section B) will be paid to the member provided no member claims more than once during five years for the death of | his wife. In the case of Husband and Wife, the marriage certificate, with the certificate of death, must be produced. A form will be kept in which unmarried members may nominate a person to receive the burial money, otherwise it will be paid to the next-of-kin. Should he wish to revoke such nomination he may do so on the payment of 6d. The Committee shall have power to call a levy, should the Fund require it ; such levy shall not exceed ]/- in any two weeks. 8. No member or member’s wife committing suicide, or suffering from any complaint or disease brought on by his or her own misconduct shall receive any benefits from the funds of the Club. 9. Sick Vistrors.—Two Visitors shall be appointed to visit the sick, and sign the form provided for that purpose twice in seven days during illness. The Visitors to visit, if possible, on alternate days. Should the sickness be infectious a doctor’s certificate shall be deemed sufficient. All members shall act as sick visitors when called upon. Any member failing to perform his duty shall be fined 6d. for every omission.
