![The election of Otticers and Committee, with any alteration of Rules shall take place the last paying-in night in September. PaymMrent.—The subscription to be 7d per week for Section A, Members joining after November 8th, 1909, over Forty and under Forty-five years of age to pay 8d per week, ls per week for Section B, Sick Fund. Members wishing the services of the Club Doctor to pay.1d per week extra, or ]s per quarter payable in advance, for such services.’ Also at the end of each quarter—on quarter night—each: member shall pay the sum. of 6d for quarterage, out of which the Committee shall be paid Q/- for each night on duty, and ]J/- for attendance at Committee meetings. Also at the end of each year each member shall have deducted from his dividend the sum of 3d for Gas, use of Room, etc. Subscriptions to be paid at the St. James’ Hall, Sewardstone Road, on Monday evenings between 8 and 10 p.m. No Subscriptions will be accepted 17 sent by post. Members in arrears four weeks to be fined ]d per week for two weeks, Qd per week for the next two weeks, and 3d per week for the next two weeks. The fines to continue so long as arrears exist. No subscriptions will be taken without fines that are due. All members to clear the books of all demands at the end of each quarter or be fined the sum of 3d. Any member being four weeks in arrears shall be suspended from benefit, and not be entitled to declare on the funds until fourteen days from the date of clearing the books.
