    SECTION VIII FACTORIES Prescribed Particulars on the Administration of the Factories Act, 1961 Part 1 of the Act When visits of inspection are made to factories under the provisions of the Factories Act, opportunity is taken to inspect also for nuisances, pests and vermin, noise and clean air requirements.
