A version of this was published in 1892 by F. Pitman, London
Allinson's work after 1900 seems to have been published by L.N. Fowler in Britain. There is an advertisement on the back cover for 'Medical Essays, vol. 5' which was published in 1905, indicating that this was probably published around that date.
