Poster advertising the Railwaymen's Convalescent Home in Herne Bay, "providing a fortnight's rest and change for convalescent railwaymen absolutely free of charge". Contributions are listed from the various railway comapnies and (in great detail) from the Great Western Railway Company. The amount of patients staying in the home are listed from its opening in 1901 to June 1905. Five photographs show the front view, billiard room, smoking & recreation room, dining room and library.
