We send you annexed a list of the customers who have been supplied with butter and butter-milk churned by Mr. C during March and April. We will be glad to know the result of your inquiries at the farms, and if any illness was found at any but 's. We would like also to be informed of the particulars regarding the outbreak at 's farm. We understand there is a good deal of enteric fever throughout the City, and as you will doubtless be in possession of all the details, we would like to be furnished with a note of the localities where such exists, the number of people affected, and the dates, as near as possible, when they took ill. Your time just now will kely be pretty fully occupied, but we will be glad to hear from you with reference to the above particulars when you can conveniently do so.
