About this work

Description

Notebook containing mainly pharmaceutical formulae (including a recipe for cholera mixture, f. 19v.). Also included are brief notes of midwifery cases attended, including cases at Camberwell Workhouse, March-November 1854 (ff. 41v.-43v.). The bulk of the entries date from 1849-1854, with a few additions up to 1877.
